Lemon Meringue

Bottom: shortbread tart shell.
Inner: lemon curd topped with lemon-infused fior di latte gelato.
Outside: Italian meringue and torched, gold leaf.

Gaytime

Inner: milk gelato and caramel sauce centre, surrounded by caramel gelato.
Outside: covered in chocolate and a gluten-free Gaytime crumb.

Violet Crumble

Bottom: brownie base (contains egg).
Inner: honeycomb and fior di latte gelato surrounded by chocolate gelato.
Outside: white chocolate coating sprayed with violet velvet, with white chocolate pieces.

Raspberry Swirl

Bottom: puffed rice.
Inner cake: milk gelato with raspberry ripple.
Outside: white chocolate with raspberry.
Top: meringue, raspberry syrup and freeze-dried raspberries.

Lamington Gelato Slice

Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla, gelato and housemaid, strawberry jam coated in chocolate and dipped in coconut.

Nutella Tartufo

Two scoops of gelato, half white Nutella and half chocolate Nutella, coated in milk chocolate with a hazelnut crunch.

Blood Orange Chocolate Sorbet Tartufo

A chocolate syrup centre surrounded by two scoops of gelato, half blood orange and half chocolate, then coated in cocoa powder.

Coffee Choc Tartufo

A chocolate syrup centre encased in two scoops of gelato, half coffee and half chocolate, coated in cocoa powder.

Gaytime Tartufo

A caramel sauce centre set within two scoops of gelato, half caramel and half fior di latte gelato, coated in a chocolate caramel glaze with a gluten-free biscuit crumb.

Nutella Tartufo

Two scoops of gelato, half white Nutella and half chocolate Nutella, coated in milk chocolate with a hazelnut crunch.

Vegan Bombe Alaska

Bottom: lemon sponge.
Inner: lemon sorbet surrounded by chocolate sorbet.
Outside: vegan meringue made with Aquafaba (chickpea water) and torched.
